INTERMITTENT FASTING...
One of the oldest and most effective ways to burn excess fat off of one's body, it has got to be the best method that consistently delivers a healthy, chiseled look to those who are willing to give it a go. Funny enough, I have had a lot of people come to me, asking for clarification regarding what intermittent fasting actually entails and how to enact it properly into one's life. The bottom line is that after I lay out the background, and the exact steps to follow, you better believe that it is attainable to reach that physique you always desired.

BACKGROUND...
Intermittent fasting has been around since the primitive times, think about it! Humans used to survive through hunting and gathering their food. Although food would have been in abundance back then, they didn't have the convenience of walking across the street to a super market for grocery shopping. There was a lot of hard times for nomadic cultures, they had to survive droughts, winters, not to mention, catching and killing their prey with tools such as spears, or bows and arrows. There would have been times where they went without a kill for weeks. Now ask yourself how do you catch elusive prey on an empty stomach, if they were starving they must have been on the brink of insanity. Well actually it has been found that primitive cultures were operating at a high level while they went long times without food, this is the beginning of a lot of research that demonstrates the power and effectiveness of fasting.
STEPS...

- CHOOSE to NOT eat dinner or breakfast
- Eat HEALTHY foods ONLY
- LIMIT junk food
- DRINK water throughout day
- EAT six hours apart
